Leave to cool down to lukewarm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks and gently mix it with the chocolate adding it gradually.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Divide half the mixture between six little pots, I like using tea or coffee cups.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">With the back of a teaspoon make a little cavity in each chocolate portion, to which you will subsequently place the chestnut cream.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cover with the remaining chocolate and leave in the fridge to firm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Serve with a dollop of whipped vanilla cream.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This incredibly easy an indulgent dessert comes from the book \u201eSud de France\u201d by Caroline Conran.
