{"id":2950,"date":"2024-05-03T10:35:56","date_gmt":"2024-05-03T10:35:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.haimangiato.com\/?p=2950"},"modified":"2024-05-03T10:35:56","modified_gmt":"2024-05-03T10:35:56","slug":"baked-camembert-cheese-with-calvados-honey-and-fresh-thyme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.haimangiato.com\/pl\/baked-camembert-cheese-with-calvados-honey-and-fresh-thyme\/","title":{"rendered":"Baked Camembert Cheese with Calvados, Honey and Fresh Thyme"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">250 g of a whole Camembert cheese<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1-2 tablespoons of Calvados (you could use white wine or vermouth instead)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2-3 thyme sprigs, torn into smaller pieces or leaves picked<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">a tablespoon of runny honey<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Preheat the oven to 180 C \/ 200 C static oven<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Unwrap the camembert from its packaging, line the box with a sheet of baking parchment (creased in your hands to soften it a little), put the cheese back into its box.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">*You can always use a ramekin or other ovenproof dish.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Slash the top of the cheese a few times with a sharp knife.
