{"id":3491,"date":"2025-04-05T11:07:06","date_gmt":"2025-04-05T11:07:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.haimangiato.com\/?p=3491"},"modified":"2025-04-05T11:07:06","modified_gmt":"2025-04-05T11:07:06","slug":"spelt-flour-soda-bread","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.haimangiato.com\/pl\/spelt-flour-soda-bread\/","title":{"rendered":"Spelt Flour Soda Bread"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">150 g of white spelt flour (or wholemeal spelt flour)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">150 g of strong white flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">5-6<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>g of salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">10 g of sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1\/2 a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2 teaspoons of baking powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">130 ml of buttermilk<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">130-135 ml of water<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Mix all the dry ingredients (sift the flours first) in a large bowl. Form a well with your hands. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In a separate container or a measuring jug stir the water with the buttermilk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pour the liquid into the bowl, into the formed well and stir with a large wooden spoon until the ingredients form a dough. The mixture will appear quite wet.
