{"id":3666,"date":"2026-01-05T13:37:01","date_gmt":"2026-01-05T13:37:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.haimangiato.com\/?p=3666"},"modified":"2026-01-05T13:40:25","modified_gmt":"2026-01-05T13:40:25","slug":"omelette-con-speck-e-fontina-speck-and-fontina-cheese-omelette","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.haimangiato.com\/pl\/omelette-con-speck-e-fontina-speck-and-fontina-cheese-omelette\/","title":{"rendered":"Omelette con Speck e Fontina \/ Speck and Fontina Cheese Omelette"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Serves 2:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">4 eggs<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">50 g of speck, thinly sliced and then roughly chopped <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">50 g of Fontina cheese, coarsely grated <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">a heaped teaspoon of chopped parsley <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">a teaspoon of butter for frying<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Break the eggs into a bowl. Add the chopped parsley, season with some salt and pepper and beat with a fork (not a whisk, you don&#8217;t want to incorporate too much air).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Melt half the quantity of the butter in a small frying pan. Pour in half the quantity of the beaten eggs into the pan and gently fry the omelette on both sides. Transfer the first omelette onto a large plate and fry the second omelette in the same way. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Preheat the oven to 200 C &#8211; grill setting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Sprinkle equally the chopped speck and the grated Fontina cheese over both omelettes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Roll the omelettes and place them in a small baking dish (greased with some butter or lined with baking parchment).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake the omelettes for a few minutes until golden (the cheese should melt by then, otherwise keep in the oven for a bit longer).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Decorate with fresh parsley and eat still warm. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Serves 2: 4 eggs 50 g of speck, thinly sliced and then roughly chopped 50 g of Fontina cheese, coarsely grated a heaped teaspoon of chopped parsley salt pepper a teaspoon of butter for frying Break the eggs into a bowl.
