{"id":3681,"date":"2026-02-03T14:39:44","date_gmt":"2026-02-03T14:39:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.haimangiato.com\/?p=3681"},"modified":"2026-02-03T14:39:44","modified_gmt":"2026-02-03T14:39:44","slug":"frittelle-di-mele-apple-fritters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.haimangiato.com\/pl\/frittelle-di-mele-apple-fritters\/","title":{"rendered":"Frittelle di Mele \/ Apple Fritters"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Serves 4-6<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">4-5 apples (I used Golden Delicious and Pink Lady)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2 tablespoons of caster sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">200 ml of milk, full fat<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2 eggs<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">150 g of plain flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1\/4 of a teaspoon of ground cinnamon (you could use vanilla seeds or vanilla sugar instead)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">a pinch of salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">oil for deep frying, I use peanut oil which has a very mild neutral flavour<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">To finish:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">55-65 g of caster sugar for dusting <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">some ground cinnamon &#8211; optional<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Sift the flour into a medium bowl, add the sugar, cinnamon, salt and the milk. Whisk using an electric mixer until thick and smooth. Now add the eggs and whisk everything again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Leave the batter for 30 minutes to rest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Peel and core the apples (using apple corer).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Slice the prepared apples into rounds, about 0.5-0.8 cm thick.
