{"id":973,"date":"2018-10-22T18:56:45","date_gmt":"2018-10-22T18:56:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.haimangiato.com\/?p=973"},"modified":"2018-10-22T18:56:45","modified_gmt":"2018-10-22T18:56:45","slug":"plum-and-cinnamon-tart","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.haimangiato.com\/pl\/plum-and-cinnamon-tart\/","title":{"rendered":"Plum and cinnamon tart"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>1 sheet of french pastry around 250g<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>8-10 plums, deseeded and cut into 4-6 pieces (8 pieces if the plums are really large)<\/li>\n<li>60-65 g of fine sugar<\/li>\n<li>45 g of cold butter<\/li>\n<li>half of teaspoon of ground cinnamon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Start with blind baking the puff pastry.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Roll out the puff pastry (I used a shop bought one) onto the baking parchment and<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>fit it into a round baking tray of 26cm in diameter. There should be some extra pastry around the margins of the tray that is best to fold gently, creating a nice little edge.<\/p>\n<p>Prick the pastry with a fork and bake in the preheated oven at 180 C (temperature for a non fan assisted oven, otherwise set the temperature to 170 C) for around 15 minutes.
