The below cabbage and lemon salad is so simple that it’s hard to even call it a recipe.
The quantities and proportions are very intuitive and will depend on your taste, but I’d be on the generous side with the lemon juice here.
Ingredients:
In a large bowl toss the freshly shredded cabbage with a good glug of olive oil, lemon juice (be generous) and some salt to your liking.
Move the dressed cabbage onto a serving plate and season with some freshly ground black pepper.
