Serves 4:
If you are using capers in salt, soak them in a cup with cold water for a minimum of one hour, changing the water every 30 minutes.
Chop the walnuts, chilli pepper, drained capers, garlic and herbs. Mix everything with the bread crumbs and olive oil, seasoning with a pinch of salt.
Roll the cod fillets in the herb crumb mix, make sure they are well covered all over.
Place the prepared fillets in a single layer on a baking tray layered with a sheet of baking parchment.
Bake in the preheated oven to 180C for about 25 minutes, depending on the size of the fillets.
