For two portions:
Preheat the oven to 200 C (fan assisted oven).
Roughly use half of the honey to brush the feta block all over.
Place the feta in a small baking dish and drizzle it with some olive oil.
Scatter the chopped almonds, a few pinches dry oregano and a pinch of sea salt on top of the cheese.
Bake for 20 -25 minutes. The feta should be soft and the edges caramelised.
Take the dish from the oven, drizzle the cheese with the remaining honey and serve immediately.
